Group Fitness Training

riki uses her insight and expertise to take the group through specific exercises and programmes to achieve your personal goals. she'll consider any specific requests made by the group and accommodate them as best as possible. 

riki will work with you within the scope of knowledge and competencies as a Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist.

The Client confirms an understanding that SetGood Studio, LLC is being paid for the services as outlined in this Agreement. In the event that the Client does not utilize the services, the Client will still be responsible to make payment for the full initial term as agreed above. The Personal Trainer will deliver their sessions and advice to the best of their ability and will respect all applicable laws and the Code of Conduct at all times.

 

The Client expressly agrees to the following: 

 

• Cancellation by the Client with more than 24 hours’ notice in writing - no charge to Client or loss of session.

 

• Cancellation by the Client with less than 24 hours’ in writing – loss of session and Client is required to pay. 

 

• Cancellation by the Personal Trainer within 24 hours’ notice- - no charge to Client or loss of session. 

The Client has the right to cancel a prepaid block of sessions within five days of their contract with SetGood Studio, LLC. If the Client does cancel their order, they will have their payment returned. If the Client is unable to continue the block of sessions for medical reasons, a refund may be available for unused sessions upon proof of a certification from a medical doctor clearly stating exercise restrictions prior to any refund being given. Refunds are not provided under any other circumstances. If the client decides to cease training with SetGood Studio, LLC after the five day period, there will be no refunds given for unused sessions.
