I utilize a variety of training techniques to spice up your fitness journey.
Choose between our
personal training or group training options.
Clients have the option to train in house at our studio in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, virtually on a mutually convenient platform, or off-site on a case-by-case basis.
Your journey starts with a complimentary fitness assessment that will be scheduled after you fill out the On Your Mark! form. If the form is giving too much, feel free to reach out directly to me at riki@setgoodstudio.com and we can put a virtual consultation on the books.
